about

words of Quaker martyr, William Robinson (1659)

William Robinson traveled to New England to spread the Quaker message. Like Dyer,  he was condemned to death by Puritan magistrates and hung on Boston commons. This text is from a letter to fellow Quakers written from Boston prison in 1659. The letter is an ecstatic proclamation of love and joy, even in the face of death.

lyrics

"The streams of my Father’s [Mother’s] Love run daily through me, from the holy Fountain of Life to the seed throughout the whole Creation.”
